My small dog and I really enjoyed being there. The unit I got was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. A hair dryer and bath sheets were very handy. Strongly recommend this place and would stay here again...

Came here for 13 nights with my small dog, had a GREAT stay. The hotel staff were super-friendly. Besides, the location was marvellous for my stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a historic hilltop castle. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. This venue met the purpose, I couldn't recommend more to all.

No clear signage on arrival, which caused confusion!!! Communication needs improvement. I messaged about finding an iron and never got a response!!! The all-window design makes rooms warm. Consider providing better temperature control!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for a short interlude

Superb location, lovely room, comfortable bed with a refreshing shower and delicious breakfast at the charming rooftop café.

The staff offered great assistance. I loved the convenience of the nearby cafes and restaurants. Each day, new towels and bottled water were provided. I appreciated the easy access to local attractions like a museum and parks. While I did experience some noise , it didn't disrupt my rest. The air conditioning worked well, though it could be a bit loud at times.

Luxury Stay with Really good Comfort!

We spent four nights in a lovely double room with a balcony. The soundproofing was excellent, great for a peaceful stay despite the vibrant cafe below. I recommend asking for an upper floor room for added tranquility. Don't miss the local cuisine at the cafe!
